'Rats and Mice' have been very popular with our customers over the years.About once a week we comb through our warehouse to see what loose bottles we have around.They are made up of wines which have been left from our other mixed dozens,or from a case which has been broken into for some other reason. There is generally a balanced mixed dozen...occasionally with a bottle of sparkling wine(some crackerjack ones have gone out recently)
