This is excellent value... A fine Cabernet Sauvignon from one of the most well known vineyards on the Coonawarra. . Shows rich berry and ripe cassis aromas; the palate shows blackcurrant flavours and fine aged oak tannins. A well-balanced wine that shows typical regional characters, which is ideally suited to a main course of premium steak such as eye fillet or fillet mignon, roast lamb or a full flavoured cheese. .
The wine is drinking nicely now but should age well through to 2012.
